Where is Witman's Folly? I need poison arrows. Is there another location for poison arrows?

Never heard of Witmans Folly, Wizards Folly maybe? or just an area I havent been to yet.

NM found it on a map, it is an area that I havent been to yet, really far south in the mountains area (cant tell ya how to get there since I havent been there yet)

The guru forums say Witman's Folly. I don't think it is a typo but I have not seen it yet eventhough I am Level 18.

Whitmans folly is located just outside of Draknors forge (sp?) This is directly after you ascend.
